We open each file promptly, review the fully executed documents, and verify that all forms are properly signed and submitted. We also coordinate with the cooperating agent to confirm deal terms and keep everything aligned across both sides of the transaction.
Our role also includes uploading and organizing required paperwork into your compliance platform and ensuring all necessary disclosures are completed. Intro emails are sent to all key parties—escrow, title, lender, clients—so communication starts early and clearly. This foundation sets the tone for a smooth experience, both for you and your clients.

COMMUNICATION AND AGENT SUPPORT

Our communication style is professional, prompt, and proactive—we provide regular updates, check in with key parties, and quickly resolve small issues before they become big problems.
We offer weekly (or more frequent) updates to agents and make ourselves available to answer client questions about the transaction process. We’re also here to flag anything you need to know as the agent—potential delays, missing documents, or anything out of the ordinary. Once the transaction closes, we confirm all steps are complete and ensure your clients are left with a smooth, organized experience. Simply put, we’ve got your back every step of the way.

MANAGEMENT COORDINATION
Once the contract is in place, we manage every deadline and appointment so you don’t have to. We create a custom transaction timeline for each file and track important milestones such as contingency removals, inspections, appraisals, and closing dates. You’ll never have to worry about missing a date—we send friendly reminders and stay one step ahead on what’s due next.
In addition to managing the timeline, we help coordinate all the moving parts. We’re happy to assist with scheduling inspections, appraisals, or signings when needed. Our goal is to make sure every stakeholder knows what’s expected and when—so your transaction stays on track, and you look like the hero to your clients.
